Free Mental Health Visits via Cigna’s EAP
Regular maintenance of mental health is as important as regular preventive care of physical health. To support you, Cigna provides three face-to-face visits with a licensed behavioral health provider in Cigna’s EAP network at no charge to you. Live chat is also available on myCigna.com. To ensure you are not charged a copay, please be sure to get an EAP authorization code. This can be done online or by calling 877-231-1492.
