Paid Time Off (PTO) is provided for vacation, sick and personal leave.

Exempt employees can submit PTO in full day (8-hour) increments. Non-exempt employees can submit PTO in 1-hour increments. Employees may carry over 80 hours annually; any unused PTO over 80 hours will be forfeited.

REGENXBIO closes in observance of 11 holidays each year.
